Our Service Guarantee to You is Simple
- Calls are answered or returned to you the same business day. Next business day if left after hours.
- Questions answered same day unless otherwise noted to you.
- Annual Review of your coverages.
- You will be asked to rate our service to you annually. Anything less than excellent will generate a plan where you tell us what we have to do over the next 12 months to earn an “excellent” rating.
- We will re-quote your insurance upon request or automatically at annual review if your combined policy premiums increase 10% or more.
- Same day claims service. You will be contacted by the company within 24 hours of reporting your claim. (Most contact is sooner than 24 hours.) You will be contacted by our office staff to confirm you have spoken to an adjuster and follow up to maker sure you are satisfied on how your claim was resolved.
Some people would say that our guarantee should be standard practice for all insurance agencies. It isn’t. Our goal is to provide you quality coverage, the best pricing, and exceptional customer service. If we fail to provide any of the above, we will provide you a $50 gift certificate to the restaurant of your choice.
